We offer free delivery to addresses in mainland UK, except from the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. Costs to these destinations will be quoted before checkout.

We offer a 30-day refund policy and you are welcome to return your order to us within that timeframe. For non-faulty returns, the return postage is to be arranged and paid for by you. Visit our Returns Page for our full return policy.

Unfortunately, on rare occasions even with high quality assurance processes, manufacturing errors may occur. Should you discover that your item is faulty, please email customerservice@aberno.co.uk with a picture of the faulty item and you will be contacted by our Customer Services Team.

After we have received your return, we will refund the respective amount within 14 working days using the same payment method you used to place the order.

Should your rug have any folds or creases, they can be removed by placing something safe but heavy like a stack of books on the creased area. After a couple of days, the creases will have diminished and the rug will lay flat on the floor.
